The project started as a thesis topic of some architectural engineer students ( Dept. of Architecture & Urban planning, Faculty of Engineering, Ghent University) with promoters:

The 2009-2010 core team initially consisted of the following thesisstudents from the second master Engineering: Architecture:

- Emelie Demasure
- Peter Trappeniers
- Toon Vermeir
In spring 2010, the team expanded with a Seed-Team from the first master Engineering: Architecture:
- Thomas Delameillieure
- Pieter Jan De Loof
- Ruben Rottiers
- Dietwin van de Walle
Together with these currently second master Engineering students, the team enlarged to a team of 30 students from all different departments of the Engineering Faculty in October 2010.
